Biography

Eileen Chai (蔡宇妆) is a Singaporean multi-hyphenate — former three-sport national athlete, violinist, music educator, author, and social entrepreneur. The youngest Singaporean athlete ever to compete at the SEA Games (at age 7 in gymnastics), she later reinvented herself through music after retiring from elite sport, channelling her personal journey through mental health challenges into community-focused work using music as a tool for healing and inclusion. She holds a Master of Arts in Arts and Cultural Entrepreneurship from NUS and runs her own violin studio, Chai360.
