Biography

Michelle Lim is a Singaporean social entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Make The Change (MTC), an award-winning B Corp Social Enterprise based in Singapore. She is also the co-founder of M.A.D. School by Chatsworth Medi@rt Academy. As a social innovator focused on making a positive impact, Michelle strives to empower and transform communities into forces for good through design and education.

Michelle was a Merit Award recipient at the 2018 Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Singapore programme run by JCI Singapore in the Business, Economic, and/or Entrepreneurial Accomplishment category. Her work focuses on empowering communities through business growth solutions, learning programs, and social impact services aimed at various client segments, including schools, seniors, and persons with disabilities.

An ardent advocate for social change, Michelle has been featured in prominent media outlets including The Straits Times, Xin Min Daily, FM93.8 and The Edge Singapore. She has spoken at numerous events including TEDxYouth @ Singapore 2019, sharing her insights on changemaking, social entrepreneurship, and community building. She was also recognized as one of six recipients of the inaugural SG-WEN Award for outstanding Singapore women entrepreneurs who have made a remarkable impact on Singapore's economy and society.
